• Production: Overseeing production activities, planning schedules, and ensuring products are delivered on time
• Quality: Monitoring production processes to ensure quality standards are met, and making adjustments as needed
• Safety: Implementing and enforcing safety protocols, and ensuring compliance with health and environmental regulations
• Staff: Supervising and training production workers, providing feedback, and evaluating performance
• Compliance: Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Key Responsibilities:

· Carry out daily administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations.

Data Management

· Accurately input and update information in company databases and filing systems.

Administrative Support to Teams

· Assist various departments with administrative tasks, including preparing documents, reports, and presentations.

Ad-hoc Duties

Qualifications and Skills:

· Education: Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent; a diploma in administration or related field is an advantage.

· Experience: 1–2 years of experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required.

· Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with data management systems.

· Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills to facilitate effective team support.

• Corporate closely with subcontractors to monitor the progress of small towns and coordinate the work resources required by subcontractors to meet project requirements.
• Corporate with goverment personnel to conduct on-site inspections.
• Participate in weekly or monthly meetings with subcontractors to discuss work progress and corperate in preparing monthly meeting progress reports.
• Establish good relationships with all relevant parties.

• Corporate to organize relevant physical and electronic documents on site engineer, etc.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Diploma / Degree or above preferably from a recognized University accredited with PEB, Singapore
• Experience with public residential projects would be advantages
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Projects, AutoCAD
