Job Responsibilities
o The candidate is fully responsible for his/her section daily activities and overall performance.
o To ensure products produce with good quality at optimal cost.
o Liaise with support group in continuous improvement programs.
o Assign to certain projects as project supervisor or lead to follow up on the product changes, quality performances and coordination with production on various processes.
o Line balancing and work layout to ensure work done is effective and efficient.
o Originate programs for continuous line improvement.
o Ensure operators adhere to work procedures and carry out in the correct manner.
o Supervisor duty is to enforce discipline and morale of the work force.
o He / She has to keep up high standard of housekeeping.
o Coaching, counseling and grievance handling role to operators assigned.
o Promote, maintain safe work practice and adherence to establish work procedures to achieve a safe work environment.
o Cross training of operators to develop workforce capabilities.
o Supervisor in charge of mini store to be responsible for materials and label printing control.
o Participate / lead in Kaizen and Six Sigma programs.
o Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
o GCE “A” level holder / ITC / Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
o Minimum 2 years of experience in PCBA environment is preferred.
o Good supervisory and communication skills.
o Knowledge of manufacturing, testing and soldering rework of PCBA is preferable.
o Proficient in Open / MS Office application.
o Either morning or night shift
