Responsibilities:
· Implement and conduct construction equipment (mostly excavator and cranes) inspection and audit for infrastructure projects in Singapore (4 on-going projects)
· Diagnosing faults from company's heavy equipment
· Adjusting equipment and replacing faulty parts (for minor faults)
· Repairing damaged equipment parts if damages are minor
· Arranging and coordinating with machinery and suppliers for repairing damaged equipment, if damages are major
· Cleaning, lubricating and conducting routine services on equipment
· Reporting damaged or faulty equipment to Management
· Generate and report audit finding to Management
· Participate in major vendors / equipment assessment, selection and evaluation
· Review and evaluate projects to identify key issues and areas for improvement-develop and implement action plans to resolve issues
· Review site investigate report and provide technical input
· Other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
· Minimum 5 years' relevant working experience in construction equipment and machinery management
· Good communication skill
· Extensive knowledge of applicable regulations and good knowledge of equipment and machinery requirements and specifications
