The Business Development Manager is responsible for pursuing sales opportunities to sell Geotechnical Instrumentation and monitoring, Site Investigation, and related testing services to clients across the Construction Industry. The Business Development Manager is responsible for pursuing sales opportunities to sell Geotechnical Instrumentation and monitoring, Site Investigation, and related testing services to clients across the Construction Industry. Reporting directly to the Sales Director (Asia), the BDM is responsible for driving and achieving growth with High Touch Accounts and by prospecting for new opportunities with new clients. Job Duties:

• Establish and proactively maintain a strong professional relationship with key decision makers and influencers within assigned accounts.

Job Requirements:

• Experience dealing with / working for Teir 1construction contractors and or consultants preferred
• Knowledge of Geotechnical Engineering or Site investigation would be an advantage
• Some experience in Quantity Surveying &/or Construction Project management a plus
• Experience in interpreting testing procedures and requirements.
• Must have valid Driver’s License, with an acceptable driving record under the Company’s policy.

Company deals with Plumbing & Pipefitting work for commercial projects and are looking at expanding our work force.

Looking to hire an Experienced Foreman with ample experience relating to Plumbing & Pipefitting works for commercial projects.

The applicant would be required to have at least 8 years of related experience in the related works and should be able to read the construction drawings and plan the works accordingly.

Due to the nature of work being in the construction industry, occasional overtime work and occasional work on Sundays would be required. Rest days in lieu would be provided.
