Responsibilities:

1. Recommend, promote, implement, review, and maintain a Safety Management System for facilities.
2. Develop, review, or revise quality standards and specifications for safe operations, with a focus on regulatory requirements such as fire safety, water ride safety, water quality in swimming pools, and workplace safety.
3. Ensure that Sport Centers, programmes, and major events comply with regulatory standards and safety policies.
4. Identify and recommend training needs for the organization and its stakeholders in safety-related areas.
5. Plan, organize, and conduct or coordinate relevant safety training sessions.
6. Collaborate with centers to ensure compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act.
7. Coordinate and support the OHS Committee and Safety Management Measures (SMM).
8. Provide advice and follow up on Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) matters.

Requirements:

• Possesses a Bachelor's Degree with at least 2 years experience in Safety Management, preferably involving sport facilities.
• MOM Workplace Safety and Health Officer and / or SCDF Fire Safety Manager and / or BCA Ride Manager-registered individuals are a plus.
• Risk management and investigation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
