• Experience in using Auto Cad and CMMS (Computerize Maintenance Management System) is an advantage.
• Experience in refractory repair work is an advantage.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays and respond to callouts on a non-routine basis.

Successful candidate will be working in the main office located at 15 Tuas View Circuit, Singapore 636968. Company transport is provided.

Job Descriptions

• Oversee workers' daily routines.
• Coordinate, manage drivers and lorry schedules.
• Motivate workers to work well, put on their best behaviour and monitor their daily attendance.
• Follow up with deployment of workers to clients' jobsites.
• Conduct site visits to address any workers' issues that may arise and follow up in a timely manner.
• Well-versed with Singapore roads.
• Perform any ad hoc jobs as and when required.
• Able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Team player, able to work in and as a team.
• Proactive, possess keen attention to details, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Possess effective time management and multitasking skills.

Job Requirements

• Possess Class 3 Driving License.
• Minimum O-levels.
• Computer Literate.
• Basic English.
• Effectively bilingual with good written and oral communication skills is advantageous.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in Construction industry.
• Salary Range: $3500 - $4000 (Based On Experience)
• Able to start work immediately or with short notice.
• Willing to work in West Region.

• To assist Operation Manager on the daily deployment for the workers, including planning of logistics for the workers to and back from job site
• To record, maintain and apply for the following passes for workers before expiration;

1. Jurong Island Pass
2. Mandatory safety passes
3. Mandatory training courses

• To maintain a good inventory records for all PPE and ensure all records are in order for audit purposes.
• To order, prepare and distribution of PPEs to the employees.
• Collection of timecards/timesheets from employees every month end and ensure that the records are in order before handling over to the Accounts
• To check on mandatory courses, compare and enroll the workers as assigned
• To assist on any ad-hoc operations' related matters as per assigned by the Operations Manager
