Job description:

· Responsible for organizing, supervising, and directing project construction activities to successfully meet project specifications and schedules as Contractor’s principal representative to Owner at the jobsite.

· Forms preliminary construction plans including organization, staffing, and administration, subject to review by the Project Manager.

· Approves jobsite expenditures for labor and services by reviewing cost records, workmanship, material quality and quantity, scheduling, and procurement.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Plan, coordinate and manage daily maintenance activities with in-house & external contractors and to execute maintenance timely and effectively.

3. Analyze and improve equipment reliability of utilities & facilities to prevent recurrence with production group and contractors, prepare RCA and fallow up actions with Sr Engineers.

4. Prepare/Review spare parts list and equipment data inventory control and ensure critical spare availability, optimize spare parts, and manage stock effectively by using CMMS.

5. Develop and implement routine maintenance and inspection schedule for plant equipment’s and execute Preventive maintenance, Routine inspection, and periodical inspection on Rotating and static equipment’s by co-ordinate with contractors at site.

6. Manage annual shutdown maintenance related to facilities and management of actual site work, liaising with contractors and production group and ensure safe completion of works.

7. Update long-term maintenance plan for facilities and utility equipment’s.

8. Ensure all maintenance activities comply with EHSQ policies by review & implement MSRA.

9. Support in implementation and participate in the continuous improvement effort in the areas of Safety, Quality, Environment and Health Management System (for example SS506 part 3, ISO 9001, ISO14001, OHSAS 18001, IATF 16949).

10. To have a legal obligation to act in a responsible manner for the safety of themselves and other persons who may be affected by their actions or omissions at work.

Scope of Works:

Infocomm Club CCA Duties

• To support Infocomm Club CCA by providing training to the students on the use of AV equipment and media editing.

Audio-Visual (AV) Duties

• To carry out the work assigned by ICT Manager or HOD/SH ICT, act as the AVA Executive for the school and provide AV technical support for teaching and learning purposes as well as school events, including but not limited to setup of projection, sound system and control room operation.
• To perform servicing for AV equipment and maintain usage and service records of such equipment and assist in the maintenance of all AV equipment.

Event Support Duties

• To be the photographer and videographer to record footage and photos for school events.

Test all items in the inspection and test plan at the work site or laboratory to verify conformation to the specified requirements.

Liaise with the external laboratory to carry out the testing of materials (Paints, Concrete, rebar, and other field tests).

Assist the Manager in preparing handover documents and the handover process.

Ensure all site inspection records, QAQC documents & TC records are up to date.

Safety responsible for compliance with safety & occupational health practices to be implemented at QAQC Section.

Responsible for site implementation of safety standards to comply with IMS safe work methods
