• Certification and preparation of subcontractor interim payment certificate/ final account including maintaining accurate and proper payment records.

• Familiar with construction condition of contract ie SIA and PSSCOC

• Attend to tender briefing/site showround and project site meeting

• Certification in quantity surveying or construction management

• 5 to 7 years working experience on various construction project including residential, commercial, upgrading and A&A sites.

• Proficiency with BIM, CAD and relevant quantity surveying takeoff software and tools

• Ability to work independently

We are looking for an experienced Supervisor/General Foreman (M&E) join our team, playing a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our equipment and facilities. Job Scope

• Perform repairs and maintenance on a wide range of kitchen and refrigeration equipment, including but not limited to freezers, refrigerators, ice machines, soft serve machines, dishwashers, ovens, deep fryers, and air conditioning systems.
• Build or repair cabinets, doors, frameworks, floors, and other wooden fixtures used in outlets and offices.
• Fabricate and assemble metal structures and equipment using welding tools, cutters, shapers, and measuring instruments.
• Manage and perform routine maintenance tasks, including carpentry, electrical, and plumbing works.
• Conduct periodic inspections, cleaning, and servicing of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor and supervise external contractors for maintenance works, ensuring compliance with safety and operational requirements.

Requirements

• Must be able to work 6 days a week and on Public Holidays (Every Tuesday will be the designated off day).
• Working Time: 3.30pm - 11.30pm.
• Minimum Professional Certificate or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar industry, specializing in electrical, carpentry, repair, and maintenance.
• Proficient in handling electrical systems and machinery, including kitchen equipment, refrigerators, air conditioning, lighting, and plumbing.
• Hands-on experience is required.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
