Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning, execution, and delivery of civil engineering projects, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively to meet project milestones and objectives.
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure smooth project progression.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and adherence to safety standards.
• Prepare and present project reports, updates, and documentation to management and stakeholders.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure that all engineering work is performed in accordance with the company’s quality assurance policies.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineer Board (PEB) or Building Construction Authority (BCA).
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of relevant local experience in civil engineering projects, particularly in infrastructure, sewer & drainage, and roadworks.
• Certifications: Possession of Resident Engineer (RE)
• Project Exposure: Experience working on LTA or PUB projects is highly desirable.

1. Class 3 Driver to drive lorry with valid Singapore Driving License.
2. Know Singapore route very well.
3. To ferry Foreign Worker to different job site.
4. Need to help to do some general works and also need to buy building materials upon request.
5. Preferably with similar experience for at least 3-5 years in Singapore as driver ferrying workers to jobsite.
6. Able to work sunday and OT
7. Able to be independantly
8. Driver shall be responsible for routine checks, greasing and lubrication work on all the respective mechanical parts on the vehicle.
9. Arranging for vehicle repairs when necessary
10. Keep the lorry clean and well-maintained.
11. Follow all traffic laws and company safety regulations.
12. Ability to handle physical workloads, including lifting and moving heavy items

Contract Period:

• 3 Years

Deployment:

• Mon to Sat: 8.30 am to 5.30 pm

Scope of Works:

1. Cable Diversion works - Roadside
2. Multiple site to cover.
3. SPPG Project
4. Ability to identify problems and provide solutions
5. Able to lead fellow colleagues and inculcate them towards safe work culture
6. Compile all relevant report and records, carry out daily safety inspection
7. Prepare and submit Monthly safety report as required by the management and client.

Requirement:

• Minimum 2 Years of Experience
• Preferably with (PSM) Project Safety Management by Singapore power

• Ensure work daily assigned are carried out effectively and productively to meet customer specifications and requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
• Ensure all electrical work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of electricians and other electrical workers.
