• Proven track record of working across organization boundaries to define requirements, solve complex problems, and drive programs to successful completion
• Good understanding of the Singapore Code of Practice and local authority submission process (LTA / PUB / BCA)
• BIM and CAD capabilities (REVIT / Microstation / Autocad) will be an added advantage.

Duties:

• Guide and coach lab technicians.
• Inspect raw materials and conduct analyses on WIP and finished product samples.
• Support QA in failure analysis, corrective actions, and customer complaints.
• Assist with GMP audits, validations, and maintaining quality and technical files.
• Prepare technical reports, standards, and specifications for processes and products.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Chemical/ Biotechnology or related field
• Possess supervisory experience in leading a team of technicians

The Centre Supervisor is based in the Day Centre for Seniors and liaises with key partners, to plan, and coordinate programmes and ensure smooth execution/operation of the centre's activities for the elderly. They will also manage a team of support staff and perform administrative duties.

You will

• Review, develop and implement projects, events, and external partnership management
• Provide cover support to other centres when needed
• Support and conduct training for staff
• Work with the Centre Manager to ensure that the centre meets the regulatory and internal requirements
• Administrative duties to support the daily functions and maintenance of the centre
• Staff management with roster planning and training management
• Ensure implementation of planned programmes/activities in the centre

You should

• Thrive in a collaborative and dynamic environment
• Have strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Have experience in operations and in supervisory positions
• Be proficient in Google Suite applications

It would be great if you

• Have experience in community care or healthcare settings
• Can converse in local dialects

Qualifications
