Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:15am - 5:30pm

Location: Comfortable to travel within Tuas/Pioneer Crescent/ Johor

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to all local HSE and Covid-19 regulatory requirements.
• Serve as the consultant for addressing any instances of non-compliance related to legal, fire, or HSE matters.
• Conduct weekly inspections for fire safety at office and warehouse locations.
• Follow local policies and safety regulations when overseeing contractor/vendor personnel at the facility.
• In the event of incidents or accidents on the premises/warehouse, carry out investigations, conduct analyses, report findings, and suggest appropriate preventive measures.
• Provide recommendations for the implementation of safety management strategies to minimize potential risks and safety concerns.
• Collaborate closely with various stakeholders to establish and reinforce a robust safety regimen, maintaining a high level of safety at the sites.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of safety experience in the warehouse, manufacturing, chemical, pharmaceutical, or beverage industry.
• Must hold valid credentials as a Safe Management Officer (SMO).
• Must be comfortable to travel within Johor, Tuas and Pioneer Crescent.

Job Description

- Attend project meetings, conduct site surveys, and follow up on project progress.

- Communicate effectively with designers and clients for design details.

- Ensure accuracy of design files before fabrication.

- Handle procurement for raw materials.

- Work closely with Production and Installation team for timely delivery.

- Demonstrate creative thinking for problem-solving.

- Must know how to use Adobe Illustrator for vector files, operate 3-Axis CNC router, laser cutter, and CNC bending machine.

- Update CNC job progress in the job tracker.

- Required to work on weekends/public holidays/night works subjected to the requirement of the projects.
