Job Specifications

1. Degree in Engineering or related disciplines

2. Able to read/understand/execute work based on construction drawings

3. Good communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills

4. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning, execution, and delivery of civil engineering projects, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively to meet project milestones and objectives.
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure smooth project progression.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and adherence to safety standards.
• Prepare and present project reports, updates, and documentation to management and stakeholders.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure that all engineering work is performed in accordance with the company’s quality assurance policies.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineer Board (PEB) or Building Construction Authority (BCA).
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of relevant local experience in civil engineering projects, particularly in infrastructure, sewer & drainage, and roadworks.
• Certifications: Possession of Resident Engineer (RE)
• Project Exposure: Experience working on LTA or PUB projects is highly desirable.
