• Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly progress reports and submit to CM
• In charge in the Inspection of Works and necessary approval by client side (QPS)
• If require any traffic, utility or such as diversion which is under his responsible and control in due time with safe manner

• Ability to use AUTOCAD for amending shop drawing
• Checking BBS which sent by Sub-con and co-ordinating with supplier until delivered to site
• Preparation of RFI for ongoing Construction works

Requirement:

• Preferably with LTA experience and familiar with LTA procedure
• Possess good analytical and communication skills
• Diploma Civil Engineering or above

Responsibilities

• OperationsTo process order from Workshop and Warehouse Department
• To manage goods receiving process and ensure proper checking & inspection of goods are done
• To report discrepancy issues arising from Goods Receiving
• To update Order Tracking Report and Goods Receiving Report and ensure on the accuracy
• To assist Warehouse Executive in diesel ordering, deployment and coordination with site personnel
• Project & DepartmentsTo process order from project sites and internal departments
• To manage end-to-end order fulfillment from the order to goods delivery
• To manage returned goods from project sites and internal departments
  Responsible for assets creation and disposal e.g. container, ECM plant, weight bridge & etc
• To update Assets Master List and Mobile Web Apps for rental items
• In-charge of logistics arrangement related to assets deployment and movement
• To ensure all assets are calibrated and serviced according to schedule
• To conduct site inspection half-yearly for rented assets
• Responsible to raise Purchase Requisition
• To ensure proper storage of items on timely manner
• To manage the received feedback forms and responsible to close it
• To support Warehouse operations when required which includes pick, pack, receiving, putaway, loading, unloading and/or operate forklift / stacker
• To assist with Warehouse's Annual Stock-Take Activity and cycle count
• To ensure timely updating of data into system and accuracy of data
• Maintain the proper filling and document control for all processes
• Ensure safety practices and housekeeping is to maintained to the highest standard
• To perform ad-hoc duties as per assigned

Requirements

1. Certificate / Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or equivalent
2. Computer skills and Microsoft Office
3. Location in Sungei Kadut Workshop until the workshop in Jalan Papan is ready

Requirements

Job Description:

• Plans; organize, and sets up the site and sequential job planning for smooth execution of projects to achieve cost, quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction objectives;
• Handle project schedules and technical matters.
• Able to work with subcontractors/ suppliers and ensure their works are within the schedule.
• Liaise with the project team, site staff and contractors to conduct regular site meetings and inspections for project progress updates and monitoring of quality.
• Liaise with the relevant authorities to meet permits and licensing requirements.
• Manage site progress and timely delivery of the project.
• Manage cost control and project quality compliance.
• Ensure that Work Safety and Health practices are duly carried out.
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, Building / Construction Management, or any other discipline related to Building Construction.
• At least 5 years experience in the building construction field. Preferably with experience in public and private projects.
• Good technical knowledge and interpersonal skills.
• Strong in persuasion, service-oriented client relationships and people management.
• Good working attitude, self-motivated and able to work independently.
