The Challenges:

The QA Executive will be responsible for ensuring the overall food safety and quality of food products. This role involves product development, product improvement, sensory evaluation, shelf-life studies, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and certifications. A key responsibility is to assist in creating HACCP documentation under the guidance of a consultant. 1. Assist in Creating HACCP Documentation:

3. Compliance and Audits:

4. Ingredient and Product Inspections:

• Inspect incoming raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality and food safety standards.

5. Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs):

• Help prepare and document SOPs for new products and processes, ensuring they meet food safety and quality standards.

6. Team Collaboration and Training:

• Work closely with the production and operations teams to establish processes in compliance with HACCP and other food safety standards.

7. BizSAFE Certification:
