Shipbuilding Planning and Preparation

• Confirmation of construction schedule, detailed drawings, and specifications. Participation in regular meetings with shipowners, shipyards, designers, and other relevant parties.

Shipbuilding Quality control

• Verify that materials and parts used conform to specifications. Checking the progress and quality of each construction process to ensure proper quality. Perform inspections, Nondestructive testing (NDT), welding inspections, painting inspections, etc. Observe and confirm various tests (buoyancy tests, pressure tests, functional tests, etc.).

Shipbuilding Design supervision

• Check and approve blueprints and change drawings. Handling of review and approval of design changes that occur during construction.

Shipbuilding Safety management

• Planning HSSE management. Patrols and Ensures compliance with safety standards within the shipyard.
• Reporting and handling of safety issues and incidents.

Shipbuilding Process control

• Monitoring the progress of construction according to the schedule. Responding to and coordinating schedule changes and delays.

Shipbuilding Reporting and Recording

• Reports to head office about progress, problems, budget etc. Preservation of important records such as inspection results and test results.

Communication and coordination

• Liaison and coordination with shipyards, designers, shipowners, standards bodies, etc.
• Prompt response and resolution of problems and issues that arise.

Compliance with laws, regulations and standards

• Verification of compliance with the International Maritime Organization (IMO), Classification Society (Class), Japanese law and regulations and other standards and laws. Management of inspections and witnessing by standards bodies.

Ship building Final verification and handover

• Completion inspection and verification during the final process. Confirmation of final trials such as sea trials. Witnessing and confirmation of the final handover of the vessel.

Preparation for cable laying work after delivery

• Order and load the materials and equipment needed for the cable laying work. Planning the suitable crew rotation schedule and the operation schedule. Cable installation project planning support.

Defect warranty

• When a machine problem occurs, troubleshoot to identify the cause and resolve it after delivery.
• Negotiate compensation with the shipyard in the event of a problem occurring and maintain the ship in a sound condition.

Cable laying Project Operation and Vessel Maintenance

• Quickly identify the cause of mechanical or electrical troubles that occurred to the working vessels and establish a proper restore/repair plan.
• Take precautions to prevent troubles on working vessels. Handle operational issues, repairs, and/or modifications to Cable laying Vessel fleet.
• Liaise and coordinate with various stakeholders, Vessel master’s shipyard and vendors to schedule repairs and maintenance needed for the operations. Prepare proposals for docking requirements and specifications. Check and ensure that spare parts inventory management and condition are sufficient to support repair and maintenance schedules.
• Ensure quality, environment, health & safety requirements are met.

Yishun Health is a network of medical institutions and health facilities of the National Healthcare Group in the north of Singapore. It comprises Admiralty Medical Centre, Khoo Teck Puat Hospital and Yishun Community Hospital.

A therapy assistant will assist the therapists in the areas of preparation for therapy session, implementation of therapy as instructed by therapist, supervision of patient and maintenance of rehabilitation equipment.

Roles and Responsibilities
1.Clinical:

• Assist in preparation of patient for treatment
• Assist in preparation and setting of rehabilitation equipment for treatment
• Assist in teaching and supervision of therapeutic exercises as prescribed by therapists
• Assist in preparation and application of electrical modalities as prescribed by therapists
• Assist in lifting and transferring of patients

2. Administrative:

• Maintenance and cleaning of rehabilitation equipment
• Checking and updating inventory
• Maintain cleanliness and order of rehabilitation gyms

Requirements

• Preferably with relevant experience in healthcare
• Preferably with HMI/ITE certification for therapy assistant

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

Works with relevant clinical departments to provide assessment and intervention in management for patients care

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Specific (100%)

A. Casework

1. Interview/counsel and conduct biopsychosocial and financial assessment of the patient/ resident and recommend intervention plans to the multi-disciplinary team to establish holistic and personalized care plans
2. Participate and present case in multi-disciplinary team/ multi-agency case discussion to formulate common care goals
3. Coordinate with service providers to ensure patients and families receive timely care support after discharge and make post discharge follow-up call to patients/ families when appropriate
4. Provide information and put up application on services/schemes and financial assistance for example, Medifund, Medication Assistance Fund and Remission etc. Make applications for external funding
5. To escalate and handover case management to MSW timely when identify suicide/ family violence/ addiction/ abuse case related
6. Make home visits for care assessment when necessary.
7. Timely documentation of patient's biodata, interviews, telephone calls, payments, and field visits for records
8. Provide and reinforce education, information on patient’s condition if required.

B. Group Work

1. Assist in planning, co-facilitating, monitoring, and evaluating of group work
2. Target and reach out to individuals and/ or groups who may benefit from group work

C. Training and Education

1. Participate in quality improvement projects

D. Programme Development and Implementation

1. Participate in hospital committee and/ or work with community partners/ external agencies to improve the quality of care and services to patients/ residents
2. Assist in the review and implementation of programmes for targeted group of patients/ residents

E. Research

1. Participate and support research data collection/design/analysis
2. Assist to develop abstracts/posters/oral presentations

F. Others

1. Advocate for the protection of patient’s dignity, confidentiality, and rights
2. Actively involved in hospital and department’s initiatives
3. Embrace continuous improvements as our way of life by improving and refining work performance daily. Participate in Kaizen projects.
4. Be a CARE team member in times of civil emergency or mass casualty
5. Any other duties as assigned by Supervisor/ HOD

JOB REQUIREMENTS

(A) Education, Training and Experience

1. Must have attained professional qualifications either in nursing, medicine, or para clinical disciplines
2. Must have prior job experience in either nursing, medicine, or para-clinical disciplines that commensurate with the job
3. Must have at least 5 years working experience in patient related care

ABNORMAL PHYSICAL WORKING CONDITION

Responsibilities

• Create and manage extensive financial models to evaluate M&A opportunities (across VC, growth, and buyout transactions) to support deal underwriting, bid strategy, structuring and deal closure of transaction documents.
• Conduct due diligence on investment opportunities, prepare and present qualitative and quantitative analysis to Investment Committee
• Contribute to management of external DD advisors, leading of sub-workstreams, terms negotiation etc.
• Support M&A and Strategy to build transaction pipelines through engagement with bankers, private equity, and other external parties.

Skills & Attributes for Success

• Experience of M&A, corporate finance, investment management in an investment bank / private equity firm / consulting firm with a track record of working on either buy-side and sell-side transactions.
• The role would require strong numerical, financial, and critical thinking skills. You will have sound judgement and an ability to generate creative solutions to Transaction issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree ideally in a finance, accounting, or related specialization from a reputable University
• At least 4-5 years' experience in executing M&A transactions (sell-side or buy-side)
• Proficient in financial modelling (across VC, growth, and buyout transactions)
• Strong research & analytical skills
• Flexibility to travel.
