• To minimize complaints from Client.
• To understand the requirements contained within the each contract.
• To oversee daily cleaning issue & rectify the problem to prevent reoccurrence.
• To oversee a group of cleaners & ensure smooth cleaning operation.
• To report daily activities to client contact and attend monthly meetings/ conduct inspections on behalf of management for progress meetings
• To manage and coordinate site activities (contractors) for ongoing projects and oversee daily activities of site staff.
• To ensure periodic work carry out as scheduled.
• Record of additional work requested by client.
• Reactive maintenance is completed as per SLA’s and has been duly authorized by the relevant Client Representative. Service reports are filled in by the service representative, signed for accuracy by the onsite client staff and issued as supporting documentation when invoiced.
• Ensure all statutory and government rules and regulations are being adhered to within the scope of work being undertaken
• To understand contractual obligations and meet customer expectations under the agreement.
• On a weekly or as needs basis, report to the Operations Manager and discuss works that require completion. Attend weekly, or as required meetings with Operations Manager to assess current progress.
• Other duties as reasonably requested from time to time.

  Reports are broken down in accordance with Client guidelines, per site, and per service on a monthly basis or as determined by the Client.

Roles & Responsibilities

Awesome Pets Express is a homegrown SME that is thriving in the pet supplies and logistics industry.

Reporting to the Fleet Operations Manager, you will plan, manage, and track routes assigned to fleet team, partners, and vendors. The tasks will comprise courier packages and vehicle movement, as well as package management responsibilities. Your primary mission will be to keep the fleet operations under control. You will also be responsible for the training of local and foreign nationals to deliver the required business targets.

Day to Day Activities

• Plan, document, and communicate daily routes for the Fleet Team
• Ensure standard operating procedures (SOP) are followed
• Route planning and assignment
• Prepare route reports to ensure that assigned tasks are completed within a given time frame in accordance with the agreed service level agreement (SLA)
• Ensure all data captured in various tracking systems are up to date and accurate and where required, rectify data that does not tally
• Manage and coach a team of locals and foreign nationals to achieve the required business targets
• Support the wider Fleet Team in administrative and adhoc duties
• Perform other duties or tasks as required by the team

Who We Are Looking For

• Minimum three (3) years of experience leading a ground operations team in the logistic, automotive, construction, or government sector
• Conversant in multiple languages including English, Chinese, Malay and Burmese. Fluency in Burmese language is a must
• Driven and energetic team player, meticulous, responsible, and punctual
• Must possess a valid Class 3/3A driving license and be comfortable driving various types of vehicles (e.g. Sedan, MPV, SUV, Van etc.)
• Familiar with Singapore roads
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to work 12 hour shifts per day. Work day starts as early as 4am daily.
• Comfortable working on weekends and public holidays
