Job Description:

• Oversee construction activities, planning, implementation, and monitor work schedules in accordance with the master and detailed work program.
• Liaise with consultants on technical issues and coordinate with subcontractors on site activities.
• Manage interfaces with other contractors working on the project.
• Provide guidance to engineers regarding construction works, ensure progress aligns with the schedule, maintain quality standards, conduct site inspections, and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Prepare reports and method statements.
• Monitor ongoing site activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 12 years of engineering experience with a Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the PE Board or a qualification acceptable to the Commissioner of Building Control as eligible for application as a Resident Engineer or a Recognized Degree in the relevant field subject to the acceptance of the Engineer.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in MRT/Rail projects.

• To ensure quality of works is achieved and complied with the standard regulations.
• To arrange and attend inspection or meeting with clients or contractors.
