• Collaborate with field service operations and others. Provide assistance, support and technical expertise on field service and install operations when needed.
• Promote incorporation of EHS into business planning and assist with establishing EHS as a business and management performance measure.
• Assist with the implementation of business continuity plan, emergency response plan, company audit program and reviewing EHS performance and work practices against statutory and company requirements.
• Track, arrange and timely renew all equipment, building and related licenses ensuring compliance to governmental regulations.
• Provide support to our ESG (sustainability) efforts for the sites under your span of control.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's Level Degree, relevant qualifications in Safety, Environmental, Risk Management, Occupational Hygiene or equivalent.
2. Holding of Singapore Workplace Safety & Health Officer and Fire Safety Manager certifications.
3. 5+ years or more experience in a large manufacturing facility.
4. Experience in RBA, Business Continuity Plan, ISO14001 & ISO45001 management system, FM Loss Prevention Program, bizSAFE program, building construction safety, etc.
5. Good written and verbal communication skills, and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English languages.
