Responsibilities:

To plan and implement maintenance schedule for building maintenance, M&E plants and equipment.

Supervise all M&E works carried out by term and ad-hoc contractors, including tenant's fitting out contractors.

Monitor, direct and ensure that all contracted works comply with specifications and statutory requirement.

Conduct inspection of building to ensure compliance with all safety (including fire-safety) regulations and procedures.

Conduct regular inspections of all M&E plants and air-conditioning equipment and establish appropriate follow-up actions.

Ensure technicians complete daily routine works, in accordance with checklist and SOP and provide guidance as a mentor.

Establish, maintain good rapport with tenants and attend to their complaints.

Attend to all emergency situations.

Responsible for the preventive maintenance of equipment and ensure that the records are kept up to date for periodic review.

Any other duties assigned by superiors from time to time.

Diploma / Degree in a related field.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• To Supervise our road construction teams in coordination with the Site Supervisors.
• To manage all paper works related to the construction works with keen knowledge.
• To analyse and study site drawings.
• To maintain the safe work procedures, risk assessment, and all safety documents as well as safety measures on-site among the team.

• To able to work both during day/night jobs with flexible hours, including sometimes PH/Sundays.
