The Quantity Surveyor (QS) is responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of cost control, financial monitoring, and contract administration throughout the lifecycle of construction projects. • Prepare and submit progress claims and compile and prepare project final accounts, ensuring accuracy.
• Maintain records of all contract and subcontract documents, and manage the transmission of documents and drawings to clients and consultants.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on project finances, and communicate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.

In this role, you support critical financial processes, including monthly and annual financial closing, analysis, projections, budgeting, and costing. Job requirements

As the Manager, Informatics, you will support the development of EGH’s technology adoption strategies and intelligent systems to meet the future hospital’s operational needs. You will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to plan and implement cutting-edge solutions that enable digital and automation transformation in healthcare service delivery. By researching emerging technologies and overseeing test-bedding and integration testing, you will drive the adoption of innovative solutions in Healthcare Living Lab (HLL).

Job requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Computing Engineering

Human Resource

· Administer and maintain all the employees’ database in the Human Resource Information System

· Support all leave and benefits administration, including monthly payroll processing

· Assist in Recruitment efforts by coordinating the interview logistics, managing recruitment pipelines and job posting sites.

· Schedule, co-ordinate and conduct orientation program for new hires

· Responsible for all onboarding and offboarding checks and processes, including updating of BCP contact list

· Administrator of Global Learning Management System, uploading training materials and keeping track of employee’ training records

· Responsible for company’s sponsored training programs and roll out mandatory training programs by the Group Learning Team
