• Develop and implement procurement strategies for Forward Works Contracts, Consultants, and Contractors.
• Manage project closeout procedures.
• Implement quality assurance measures to ensure construction and development activities meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to verify compliance with project specifications and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies to secure necessary permits and approvals.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings, and correspondence.
• Serve as the Contract Administrator for projects, including the evaluation of contractual claims.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• To liaise with consultants, clients and subcontractors to all site related issues.
• To supervise and ensure works are in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications.
• Prepare method statement, shop drawings, installation / T&C check sheets, work progress report and other relevant documents for related works with project teams.
• To direct the daily activities of workers under his supervision. Brief the foremen and workers for every new job and monitor the progress with regular check to ensure satisfactory quality.
• Regular check on workers’ punctuality and be aware of the accommodation & transport arrangement.
• Always advise workers to take necessary safety precautions and work safely.
• To report immediately any accidents, schedule falling behind, damage of equipment, etc
• Coordinate with subcontractors and consultants on preparation and submission of shop drawings.
• Coordinate / prepare technical submissions with relevant authorities / clients / suppliers / subcontractors.
• To assist the Project Manager on all matters including preparation of master construction programme.
• To assist the Project Manager to negotiate / procure materials, equipment and labour.
