Responsibilites

• Supervise & ensure the cleanliness of the Kitchen
• Maintain cleanliness and garbage disposal of the kitchen.
• Wash kitchen equipment (e.g. Plates, utensils and etc).
• Ensure proper dish washing process and maintenance of the equipment.
• To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Executive Chef.
• Ensure a clean and tidy environment in accordance with the company standards and sanitation / health regulations.
