Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversee all QA/QC activities for the building project.
- Liaise with clients and consultants on quality-related matters
- Check and verify that the works being implemented on the job site are incompliance with the requirement of latest approved drawings and contract specifications.
- Manage and document quality control processes, including testing and inspection reports
- Collaborate with project managers, and main contractor to resolve quality issues.
- Maintain Project Quality Plan, Management Plan and other Quality records, attend and/or arrange testing activities.
- Compilation of all test reports for submission to the main contractor or related authorities.
- Prepare and present QA/QC reports and documentation for management review.
Skill Preferable:
- Minimum Diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of related working experience in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in QA/QC documentation and reporting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
