• Prepare cost analysis and monitor project overruns to ensure the objectives of the project is achieved.
• Access payment and variation works to subcontractors to facilitate the smooth workflow process.
• Communicate with the management, sub-contractors and keeps track of the progression of the sub-contract.
• Any other adhoc tasks assigned by superior.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
• 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in building project, or similar scale, complexity and nature of work will be advantages.
• Have done Additions and Alteration projects will be advantages.

- Must have specific knowledge in handling of Control related system such as PLC, Instrumention, LSS,FAS, SCADA IoT

- Know to run related control system troubleshooting skill

- Additional Programming knowoledge Tableau, Visual Studio, Python, SQL, programming language preferred

- Minimum three years experience in instrumentation and controls related experience.

- Minimum Diploma/Degree qualification and above in Electrical / Electronics/ Control Engineering or equivalent field
