• Liaise with statutory bodies on EHSS-related licenses and permits and keep updated on the latest change in regulations and Acts and be conversant with all waste management regulations, procedures and licensing requirements.

• Conduct fire and safety training to employees.

• Constant update to management of EHSS performance and the continual improvement plan.

• Liaise with 3rd party security service provider and ensure the appropriateness and effectiveness of services rendered to organization.

• Constant plan-do-check-act on the related EHSS matter of plant's Environmental, Health and Safety Management System and ensure continual improvement/upgrading of the system.

Qualifications & Experience

• Relevant Qualification in Workplace, Safety and Health with 8 years relevant working experience in Construction Engineering Industry.

• Strong technical competency, good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and target oriented in a stressful environment.

• Ability to interact effectively with colleagues in other business units.

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Customer Support Officer to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of customer orders, handling queries, and providing essential administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

· Process customer orders promptly via email or phone, ensuring accuracy in all details

· Verify order data and coordinate with the Production Department to ensure accuracy before order release

· Communicate with customers to gather missing information or address any queries or concerns

· Collaborate with the Logistics Department to ensure timely and efficient delivery of orders

· Maintain and update accurate sales and customer records in the system

· Expedite orders and coordinate internally to meet customer deadlines

· Act as a liaison to relay valuable customer feedback to relevant departments for continuous improvement

· Stay updated on new products and features to assist customers with up-to-date information

· Provide general administrative support and assist with any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Management

Requirements:

· GCE ‘O’ Level, Polytechnic Diploma, or an equivalent qualification

· Previous experience in sales administration, customer service, or a similar role is highly desirable

· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel

· A team player with a strong work ethic and a proactive attitude

· Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines

· Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
