Looking for a skilled Tiler, with 5 or more years of experience, who can also take up extra supervisory roles.

Working hours from 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Saturday.

Construction sites varies island-wide, no transportation provided. Must be hardworking and open to doing OT.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
• Provide a high quality of service and deliver an excellent dining experience to all the guests
• Anticipate guest's needs, do follow up. When guests complete courses, remove cutleries & dishes. Present menu for desserts & upsell. Present check at the end of the meal.
• Respond to customer complaints professionally and provide service recovery
• Ensures tables are cleaned and re-set at the conclusion of each course
• Gather feedback to improve the customer’s experience
• Any other duties assigned by the management from time to time

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of management experience in the F&B industry
• Excellent communication skills and public relations
• Possess strong leadership and ability to manage service staff

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop BIM Model based on the requirements from the Onsite BIM Consultants
• Audit model and BIM data to insure data integrity and consistency
• Trouble-shoot & resolve BIM issues pertaining to BIM models
• Manage model data to facilitate model coordination between multiple disciplines and subcontractors
• Collaborate and communicate with multiple disciplines and sub-contractors to deliver and/or manage BIM data, if needed via online system / email etc
• Audit and report project metrics related to the BIM model and data as defined by the customer’s team
• Generate progress & status reports
• Support sales team in requirement gathering, proposal writing; marketing and presentation.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Experience of BIM software platforms such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks will be a plus.
