Job Requirements:

• Min 5 years M&E Local Construction Working Experience.

• Approved qualification by Professional Engineers Board.

Job Description:

• Manage the project site by overseeing the day-to-day running of all matters related to the construction of the project as designated by the Project Manager.
• Plan, implement and monitor the work schedules according to the master and detailed work programmes.
• Assist in the planning and sequencing of the construction operations according to the Project Quality Plan.
• Liaise with client's representatives on site and with all subcontractors.
• Conduct inspections and checks on work performed by all subcontractors.
• Assist in the evaluation and resolution of any discrepancies and problems arising during construction and which has an effect on quality of the works.
• Ensure that updated drawings including shop drawings are used by for all construction.
• Co-ordinate the handing over of completed works to the client and completion of the necessary rectification works.
• Prepare project-related reports as required by the Project Manager or Construction Manager.

Job Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• PE Board Recognised Degree
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Job Description:

• Assist Project Manager on Administrative Duties related to General Office Administration at Site Office (Recording, updating files, Documentations and photocopying)
• Liaise with the Head Office on office administration matters.
• Handle receipt of incoming mail including drawings and direct them to the relevant staff for subsequent circulation and follow-up action.
• Handling incoming telephone calls and assist in attending to complaints and feedbacks over the telephones.
• Handling all necessary data tabulation, compilation and assist in simple data submission as project needs.

Job Description:

• Assist in purchasing of all project work materials identified in the tender
• Assist in evaluating and selecting competent suppliers and sub-contractors for the construction works.
• Measure and determine the amounts of work done at any stage of the construction so as to prepare periodic progress payment requests for submission to client.
• Check and evaluate the progress claims submitted by the sub-contractors in liaison with Project Manager / designated staff on the work done in terms of quantities and quality.
• Carry out contract administration duties.
• Assist in the settlement of final accounts with client, suppliers and subcontractors.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in Construction field is required for this position.
