Job Title: Central Kitchen Supervisor

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Central Kitchen Supervisor to lead the daily kitchen operations and ensure high standards in quality, hygiene, and productivity. If you have a strong background in food production management, enjoy team leadership, and excel in maintaining efficient workflows, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor kitchen workflow, allocate resources, and maintain optimal productivity
• Lead, train, and manage kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to SOPs for food prep, hygiene, and safety
• Manage inventory, coordinate with suppliers, and minimise waste through effective stock management
• Maintain accurate records and prepare performance reports for senior management

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in high-volume food production settings
• Supervisory or management experience
• Detail-oriented, committed to quality, and proactive with a problem-solving mindset
• Familiar with food safety and hygiene standards (e.g., HACCP)
