Job Description: Construction Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervision and Coordination: Oversees the daily activities on the construction site, ensuring that work is being carried out as per design, schedule, and quality standards.
   Supervise, manage, and direct construction workers, subcontractors, and other site personnel.
   Coordinate between the project management team, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

4. Project Tracking and Reporting:Track and report daily progress to project managers and senior leadership.

6. Team Management:Lead, motivate, and manage a team of construction workers, providing direction and support where necessary.
