As a member of the team, you will work closely with a number of other teams at Meta, including our Global Operations, Product, Legal, Communications, and Public Policy teams. You will be responsible for helping our team craft and implement content standards that best serve the company and the people who use our services globally. Responsibilities

• Help craft and implement content policies that take into account regulatory compliance with the needs of a global community.
• Collaborate with Policy, Product, Operations, Legal, Communications and External Stakeholders to drive policy improvements.
• Articulate policy philosophy and changes to relevant parties, including both internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactively identify gaps in existing policies and develop scalable solutions.
• Join the policy on-call roster to help field policy questions on high priority escalations, with an expectation to think critically about complex problems and exercise excellent judgment under time pressure.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 5 years experience in online safety policy and/or content policy
• Experience working in a global team
