- Supervise and provide technical support during the installation of ELV systems, ensuring work is performed according to approved designs and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors for the proper installation of cabling, devices, and control systems.
- Review shop drawings, submittals, and material selections from contractors to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor ELV installation progress, identify any issues, and ensure adherence to safety standards.

Testing, Commissioning, & Integration:
- Oversee and conduct system testing and commissioning of all ELV systems to verify they function as per design specifications and operational requirements.
- Ensure seamless integration of ELV systems with other building systems, such as HVAC, lighting controls, and security systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues during the testing and commissioning phases.
- Review as-built documentation, operation manuals, and test reports for handover to the client or facility operations team.

Compliance, Safety, & Continuous Improvement:
- Ensure all ELV installations comply with relevant codes and standards (e.g., NFPA, BICSI, TIA/EIA) and that safety protocols are strictly followed.
- Implement energy-efficient and scalable solutions for ELV systems, considering the evolving needs of semiconductor manufacturing facilities.
- Stay updated on advancements in ELV technologies, recommending system upgrades or improvements where applicable.
- Participate in post-project evaluations to gather lessons learned and apply best practices to future projects.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in ELV systems design and installation, preferably within semiconductor or high-tech construction environments.
Certifications: Profinet certification is required,
Skills: Strong knowledge of ELV systems, proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design tools; excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Lead and organize WSH meetings, conduct sites inspection, audit and follow up on actions such as observation report e.g. CAPA
• To lead and drive SHE initiatives and programs and to strengthen safety culture of our workforce and ensure compliance with safety standards and government regulations.

Job Description:

• To comply with the FSA, including all SFSM duties as specified and in accordance with statutory requirements;
• Prepare an Emergency Response Plan, revise and update it when necessary for the premises;
• Establish the formation of CERT and submission of CERT members organization chart to SCDF;
• Ensure that the fire safety and protection systems in the buildings are maintained to the standard that meet the local statutory requirements and that the buildings are free of fire hazards;
• Perform monthly inspection on the premises to ensure fire safety compliance;
• Liaise and coordinate with SCDF on all matters pertaining to fire safety and its requirements.
• SFSM is to be present during the annual fire certificate application/renewal by PE or SCDF;
• Familiarize the occupants in the buildings with the evacuation procedures and where necessary, conduct fire drill and table-top exercise;
• SFSM will be deployed as full-time headcount at site with all benefits as per Singapore Employment Act including Singapore's gazetted holiday, annual leave and sick leave entitlements, etc
