Job Requirements:

-Minimum 5 years of experience of rebar BBS in MRT project and warehouse industrial.

-Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.

-Building Construction Safety Supervisor course

-Independent, good leadership and manpower allocation skills.

-6 days work per week.

-Work at the site

● Creating comprehensive safety policies and HSSE Plant in compliance with local laws and regulations

● Developing or checking risk assessments that identify potential hazards in the workplace. This involves inspecting equipment, workspaces, and work practices to ensure they meet safety standards.

● Organizing and providing health and safety training for workers and employees. This includes site safety orientation for workers in line with local regulation

● Investigating workplace accidents or incidents to identify their causes and prevent future occurrences. This also involves maintaining records of incidents and reporting them to relevant authorities as required by Singaporean law.

● Developing and implementing emergency procedures, such as fire drills and evacuation plans. Ensuring that all employees are aware of these procedures and that necessary emergency equipment is readily available and in good working order.

● Promoting workplace health programs that may include ergonomic assessments, wellness initiatives, and monitoring the work environment to prevent occupational diseases.

● Working with regulatory authorities, and external auditors regarding compliance issues and inspections. This may also involve coordinating with external health and safety consultants or corporate safety representatives.

● Keeping up to date with changes in health and safety legislation and standards in Singapore, ensuring that the organization remains compliant, and advising management on necessary updates to policies and practices.

1. Fabricate , Prepare and assembling aluminium products ( eg : Doors , Grille and Windows )
2. Installation of Doors at residential place
3. Maintain proper storage for material and product inventory in warehouses
4. Removing debris, garbage, and dangerous materials from sites.
5. Following all health and safety regulations.

1. Responsible for the successful delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and meeting requirements within allocated budget.

2. Coordinate effectively with subcontractors, architects, consultants and authorities

3. Monitor construction productivity and schedule performance.

4. Investigate reasons for less than satisfactory performance. Provide recommendations and institute measures for improvement.

5. To Company Safety Standards and promote safety culture among the ranks through out the Company.

6. All other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management.
