Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare Subcontract Plan for review and approval
• Work with the Project Team to review prime contract and define the commercial terms of each subcontract
• Prepare proposed subcontract bidders list for review and approval
• Issue and evaluate subcontractor pre-qualification documents
• Obtain data from other Departments and approvals to prepare and issue inquiries for subcontracted services
• Hold bid clarification meetings and kick-off meetings
• Evaluate and prepare commercial recommendation as well as compile joint technical and commercial
recommendation for subcontract awards
• Prepare and issue Subcontract document with all required commercial and technical attachments including
project HSE and Quality requirements
• Coordinate meetings with Subcontractors to review items such as safety, progress, quality, coordination with
others, and discuss areas of concern
• Verify progress completion has been checked and approved by the project as well as review invoices for
commercial compliance
• Manage change order, disputes and claims process
• Issue completion certificates, perform subcontractor evaluation and closeout
Job Requirements:
• Degree in Business, Engineering or Quantity Surveying with at least 5 to 8 years' of subcontracts experience
• Possess good interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
