Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all F&B activities
• Train and develop staff in accordance with company standards
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests
• Assist in developing and implementing strategies to achieve departmental goals
• Prepare reports and budgeting as required

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an F&B Supervisor or similar role
• Extensive knowledge of F&B operations and service procedures
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
