1 The main task of the Driver is to drive the Company’s heavy vehicles to and from the different work sites as required by the work schedule. The heavy vehicles include lorry crane and tipper truck.

The Driver must understand that the Company’s vehicles and attached cash cards are solely to be for Company use. If the Driver uses the cash cards for personal use ie lunch parking fee, the Driver must reimburse the Company.

3 Safety

The Driver must drive and operate the vehicles in a safe manner in accordance to local laws.

If there are loads on the vehicles, the Driver must ensure the loads are properly secured in accordance with local laws and regulations.

The Driver must inform the Project Director immediately he is involved in an accident while driving or operating the vehicle. This includes causing damage to third party property.

The Driver should understand that if the accident is caused by the Driver’s negligence, the Company is entitled to pursue part or all of the claims from him.

The Driver should also understand if he incurs any traffic offences due to his own negligence, the Company is entitled to pursue part or all of the claims from him.

4 Servicing and Maintenance

The Driver is to inform the Company if any of the vehicles are unsafe to operate and require repairs. The Driver must not operate the vehicles in such situation.

The Driver will drive the vehicle to the Company appointed workshop for servicing and maintenance. The Driver will also pick up the vehicle when servicing and maintenance is completed.

The Driver will drive the vehicles to Inspection Centres as required.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and meeting agreed-upon success criteria.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive project work strategy.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities for process improvements and best practice sharing within the project team.
• Ensure project planning considers cross-program dependencies and facilitates the fulfillment of contractual obligations.
• Implement quality and efficiency improvement initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, supporting effective delivery, performance measurement, and change management initiatives.
• Lead and manage the project team, including external suppliers, ensuring sufficient and skilled resources are available at all times.

  Ensure full adherence to safety, timeline, quality, and specification requirements for all projects, as directed.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Engineering related discipline.
• With 4+ years of relevant experience in LTA.
• Experience in Project & Construction Management. A&A experience is an advantage.
• Ability to lead and manage the team.
