• Industry/ Organization Type: Construction/ Quarrying
• Position Title: Project Coordinator
• Working Location: Islandwide (Office location at Sin Ming)
• Working Hours: Mon-Sat (8 am – 5 pm, Flexible Schedule)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Transport Allowance + AWS + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the construction of new landed projects from the demolition of old structures to the completion of new buildings and houses.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets; monitor progress, identify potential issues, and suggest solutions to keep projects on track.
• Manages all aspects of the project, from site preparation to final construction.
• Prepare project progress reports based on contractual terms on time, cost, and quality, ensuring clear communication with internal teams and clients.
• Supervise sub-contractors involved: electrical, plumbing, structural, piling, and mechanical tasks; coordinate with PE/architect/drafter.
• Review and interpret project specifications, including civil, structural, architectural, and M&E drawings.
• Ensure timely submissions to authorities (BCA/PUB) to keep projects progressing.
• Assist in coordinating non-construction projects as needed.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all rules and regulations.
• Perform other project-related administrative tasks as assigned.

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction and Building Management, Quantity Surveying, or Project Management is preferred.
• Must be able to understand Construction and M&E drawings.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in computer software, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and AutoCAD.
• Must be adaptable to working at various job sites, including in outdoor environments.
• Flexible working arrangement, must be willing to work long and irregular hours, including on weekends if projects are operational.
• Candidate with own motorbike/ car is highly preferred.
