Job Description:

• Installs, maintains, and repairs elevator equipment, controls, lighting and circuits. Ensures work is in accordance with relevant codes
• Maintains and repairs elevators, escalators, and similar equipment
• Troubleshoots and locates malfunctions in brakes, motors, switches, and signal and control systems using test equipment. Reads and interprets schematics
• Disassembles defective units and cleans, repairs or replaces controller parts, generators, and brushes
• Operates elevator to determine power demand and tests power consumption to detect overload factors
• Performs other general building maintenance as needed
• Able to work under pressure
• Other ad hoc duties

Requirements:

• Minimum one year of experience working
• Can start work immediately
• Meticulous and Good communication skills
• Must have working experience in Singapore

Other Information:

• Location: Across Singapore
• Working hours: 8 am to 7 pm
• 6-Day Work Week (Monday to Saturday)

• Communicate assigned cleaning duties to the cleaning team
• Monitor cleaning operations to ensure quality service delivery
• Assist in coordinating and liaising with clients at project sites
• Ensure teams adhere to safety measures during cleaning operations
• Implement operation plans to improve work processes and service quality
• Submit compiled daily cleaning reports to management
• Ensure stocks of cleaning tools and equipment are in order and replenishment orders are fulfilled in a timely manner
• Assist in implementation of maintenance schedule for cleaning devices on a timely basis
• Assist in planning work schedules and deployment of manpower
• Provide appropriate guidance to cleaners
• Facilitate effective work processes
• Provide feedback and recommend process improvements to the cleaning team
• Respond to major incidents and emergencies
• Report and update on major incidents and emergencies to the management
• Able to work any shift
• Able to work OT on weekends and public holiday

• Preparing payments and petty cash reimbursements.
• Preparing instalments of vehicles and loans.
• Updating of creditors listing.
• Oversee the function of Accounts Receivables.
• Submitting and monitoring of payroll via internet banking weekly and petty cash reimbursement for SO freelance wages.
• Assist the HR Department in any payments such as final wages or any other urgent payments.
• Weekly fund reporting.
• Prepare monthly costing for SO Full Time & Part Time.
• Monthly financial report to be prepared within 2 weeks after the month ends.
• Daily bank reconciliation.
• Preparing and submission of Good Service Tax (GST) evert quarterly to IRAS.
• Preparing yearly financial report to Auditor.
• Preparing of financial year budgeting and propose or provide recommendations to the following year’s budget accordingly.
• Managing of bank tokens for approval.
• Preparing report and present during monthly management meetings.
• Preparing documents for Secretarial.
• Managing reconciliation in MYOB system.
