• Possess a recognized degree/diploma in Engineering – Environmental/Health/Safety.
• At least 10 years’ experience as WSHO/ECO.
• Provide WSH enforcement support to the Project Team.
• Identify and assess any foreseeable risk arising from the workplace or work processes.
• Recommend / take reasonably practical action to eliminate any foreseeable risk to any person who is at work in that workplace.
• Ensure safe work procedures are implemented to control risk.
• Recommend reasonably practical measures to minimize the risk.
• To enter, inspect and examine at any reasonable time the work place.
• To inspect and examine any machinery, equipment, plant, installation or article in the workplace.
• To enforce site safety practices.
• To organize safety & health awareness program for the site.
• To conduct site safety & health audit.
• To conduct site safety & health meeting and prepare reports for relevant parties.

• Responsible for the successful delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and meeting requirements within allocated budget.
• Monitor construction productivity and schedule performance.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and finalize construction projects according to deadlines and within budget.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Manage project budgets, including cost estimates, tracking expenses, and forecasting.
• Develop project schedules and timelines, ensuring milestones are achieved.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns.
• Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment

Requirement:

1. Minimum 15 (Fifteen) years’ experience in Construction field in Singapore.

2. Priority if having experience all type of facade related works

3. Must be ready to work any time to resolve the project related matter. (even public holiday)

4. Must be able to work in day or night shift (if required)

5. Excellent communication skill

6. Ability to focus and keep calm under pressure

• Applies various finishes to buildings, rooms, structures including primers or sealers.
• Prepares,cleans and tapes all jobsites.
• Able to work on hot days under sun.
• Mixes colors or oils to obtain desired color or consistency.
• Removes old paint coating, if necessary.
• Moves necessary materials around jobsite as assigned.
• Cleans up worksite debris.Capable of receiving and following instructions and communicating with foriegn workers.
• Able to do overtime.
• Able to work on public holidays.
• Able to read and adhere to labels, safety warnings, and guidelines.
