• Provide health and safety training for employees and manage safety documentation.
• Conduct site inspections, safety audits, and report compliance status regularly.
• Investigate workplace incidents and accidents, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions.
• Assist project and site managers in safety compliance for ASRS installation, following Singapore Safety Standards.
• Provide advice and solutions for safety concerns to ensure that ASRS installation work continues with minimal time and cost impacts, in compliance with local regulations.
• Implement and ensure DMS Digital E-PTW is in accordance with worksite requirements.
• Convene site coordination meetings to ensure smooth safety progress on-site.
• Manage the Safety Management System in line with ISO 45001 standards and promote a strong safety culture.
• Monitor the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and liaise with regulatory inspectors to ensure compliance with safety requirements.

Job Requirement

• Recognized diploma course or bachelor degree related to environmental and occupational health and safety.
• Registered WSH (Workplace Safety and Health) officer will be an added advantage.
• Required Skill(s): Organized, Detailed, Time Management, Good communications & interpersonal skills.
