• Ensure meticulous assessment of cost for all VO works.
• Advising project team on contractual rights.
• Source for suppliers / subcontractors and generate quotation reports.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in the Construction industry.
• Knowledge in PSSCOC and SIA.
• Good team player.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
