Job Requirement:

• At least 20 years of working experience in construction industry
• At least 10 years of construction supervisor experience
• Knowledgeable and experienced in rebar, steel and reinforced concrete works
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Posses certificate in relevant industry is a plus
• Able to work under sun exposure hazard environment in construction site
• Need to hands-on
• Ability to solve conflict and crisis management
• Detailed, independent and possesses leadership skills
