Job Description:

• Produce M&E BIM model deliverables for design, documentation and fabrication purpose.

• Ensure that M7E BIM models are delivered with professionalism (Quality, due diligence and timeliness)

• Prepare models for Clash Detection Coordination

• Identify issues for BIM Managers where discrepancies occur during design production.

• Ensure BIM models are modelled with the correct BIM parameters and attributes for BIM assisted Quantification, 4 D simulation

• The BIM modeller’s overall responsibility is to create BIM content and extracting production documents for the purpose of delivering a BIM assisted project.

• Produce accurate AUTOCAD and REVIT BIM drawing according to project requirements;

• To complete documentation from detailed engineering drawings, construction drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings, and produce drawing sets

• They assist BIM Coordinators in creating BIM models for projects. Assist in building basic BIM libraries.

• Preparation of M&E shop drawings, and As-built drawing;

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering;

• Certificate from BCA BIM modelling course or equivalent

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in M&E field, preferably in building construction industry;

• Proficient in AUTOCAD and MEP Revit software

• Able to work independently under stress and pressure;

• Good work attitude with passion and drive

Responsible for the maintenance and servicing work of the electrical General installations, low voltage and Extra low voltage installations.

Responsible for the work arrangements, work progress of the electrical General installations, low voltage and Extra low voltage installations at on-going construction work sites (Commercial, Residential developments).

~ Assist to carry out inspections and tests on the electrical power circuits and equipment of the ELV system.
~ Carry out maintenance work on the General Electrical installations & systems.
~ Carry out troubleshooting and rectification work for the components and equipment in the electrical power system.
~ Routine functional test on standby generators.
~ Lead maintenance team to perform preventive and corrective maintenance works.
~ Perform inspections and tests on the electrical power circuits and equipment of the low voltage distribution system.
~ Plan, schedule, implement projects, maintenance works related to the electrical network at Construction sites.
~ Update maintenance and servicing record.

• Assist in preparing incoming and outgoing letters, emails and sorting out mailers, bills, etc.
• Arrange and requisite pantry refreshments, stationery, office items, etc.
• Arrange and register courses for staff and workers.
• Updating staff and workers records,
• Arrange dormitory check-in and check-out for workers.
• Prepare a master list for Drawings, Documents, incoming & outgoing correspondences.
• Submission of documents, drawings, letters,s and creating transmittal.
• Maintain proper organization of filing system, storage of documents and information.
• Keep electronic filing and archive system for easy issuance, storage, retrieval, and management of documents to internal and external parties.

· Ensure All Timber Formwork Structural reinforcement and job as per SS requirements

· Able to read drawings

· Able to carry out construction work involving Formwork /Reinforcement /Concreting

· Able to have Timber/ Aluminium/ Steel Structural Formwork acknowledge

· Able to do costing of Formwork materials

· Responsible for reading and interpreting drawing

· Calculation quantity of material requirement

· Monitor Shutter making and assembling process

· To take responsibly practicable, such measures as are necessary to ensure that during the properly erected

- Degree/ Diploma in Building

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Construction

- Ability to interact efficiently at all levels and liaise with Consultants and subcontractors

- Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation

- Responsible for the day-to-day management of specific goals

- Ensure the timely and costly completion of Construction Projects.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all works related to Project Cost Consultant duties.
• Prepare cost estimation, quantity take-off and cost evaluation.
• Sourcing of quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
• Assist in tender preparation and participation
• Preparation of technical details & costing for tender submission
• Coordinate with Main-Con and sub-con for progress claims, variation works and finalization of accounts
• Carry out other Contracts Administration activities.
• All other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying/Building or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in Singapore construction firm.
