• Ability to stand, walk, or climb for extended periods.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (usually up to 50 lbs) and work in outdoor conditions.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain.

This role requires an individual who is practical, reliable, and capable of handling the challenges that come with supervising a busy construction site.

• Have relevant electrical experience
• Proficient in English and Chinese
• To oversee and manage Project team.
• To develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
• To ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget.
• To manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
• To create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• To coordinate the works of a multi-disciplinary workforce including external subcontractors and consultants.
• To attend site meetings and inspections.
• To handle project risk management and issues escalation.

Job Description:

· To assist the Project Manager in the daily execution of work including manpower deployment, materials on-site and work schedules.

· Liaise with sub-contractors on day-to-day operations and technical issues

· Responsible for all trades of works on-sites, including structural, architectural, building, M&E etc

· Ensure good quality of works and manage defects rectifications.

· Ensure work done compliance with design, specifications, safety requirements and related local statutory regulations.

· Check and supervise direct labour / workers

·Working Hours : 8am - 5pm (Monday - Saturday)

Job Requirements:

· Possess a National Certificate in Construction Supervision (NCCS) and at least 5 years of similar capacity relevant working experience in Construction.

· Able to read drawings will be an added advantages.

Possess a valid class 3 Singapore Driving Licence
