Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance plan for all facilities and equipment.
• Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.
• Prioritize and assign tasks to maintenance staff based on urgency and importance.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment history.
• Implement a preventive maintenance program to ensure the regular inspection and servicing of equipment and systems.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and address them proactively.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance services as required.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices during repair activities.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to identify equipment needs and recommend upgrades or replacements.
• To support the student care centres and education centre, for facilities issues.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma Or Bachelor in facilities or engineering.
• Relevant certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience in facility management, security management, and vehicle maintenance, preferably in a similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, security protocols, and vehicle maintenance principles.
• Familiarity with relevant safety regulations, building codes, and security best practices.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with staff, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and relevant software applications.
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance software and systems is desirable.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
• Must be able to work in a team.
• Be prepared to perform other duties as assigned.

Working Hours & Location

• Geylang
• Mon - Thurs, 9am - 630pm, Fri, 9am - 6pm, Alt Sat, 9am - 1pm.
