Job Description:

· Events/Exhibition/ID Based Carpentry Supervisor.

Responsiblities

· Managing co-ordination of the partners and working groups engaged in project work.

· Detailed project planning and control including developing and maintaining a detailed project plan.

· Recording and managing project issues and escalating where necessary.

· Managing project scope and change control and escalating issues where necessary.

· Monitoring project progress and performance.

· Providing status reports to the project manager.

· Managing project within the defined budget.

· Working closely with users to ensure the project meets business needs.

· Maintain good rapport with clients, consultants and suppliers.

Job Description

• To coordinate & monitor inbound and outbound shipment activities & execute accordingly
• To plan & coordinate with warehouse administration on goods receiving & transfer within warehouses
• To ensure all received products are in good condition & comply with supporting documents
• To update & report on shipment discrepancy
• To salvage on damage goods & forward to administration team to make adjustments to intake those acceptable stock for special sale purpose
• To plan & process product relabeling and packing for local and export
• To ensure standard procedures are practised and applied upon physical inspection to minimise errors
• To organise secondary process for products required for re-packing, labeling and printing of manufacturing date
• To constantly check and arrange product storage space to improve efficiency for easier retrieval
• To participate in stock take event and reconciliation
• To maintain proper housekeeping & upkeeping of in house equipment and tools
• Any other additional task required as and when by Superior

English and Chinese speaking environment

Class 2/3 license

Deployment of workers to site and control of materials and machines

Attend site meeting and weekly office meeting

BCSS certificate

Risk assessment is an advantage

Report to factory at Eunos daily

Simple computer knowledge

Knowledge of MOM regulations

Job Descriptions:

1. Manage a portfolio of audit clients independently.
2. Lead and supervise an audit team consisting of seniors and assistants.
3. Monitoring audit assignments and performing all aspects of planning and executing risk based financial and operational audits for a wide range of clientele from various industries.
4. Analyse internal control system of companies.
5. Review and ensure completeness and quality of staff work and compliance of all statutory and/or regulatory requirements of the engagements..
6. Coach, motivate and develop team members to attain experience that cultivate technical competencies.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in Accountancy, ACCA, CA or equivalent professional qualification.
• At least 6 years of audit experience with minimum 3 years as Audit Senior.
• Mature, responsible, adaptable, flexible, strong analytical skills and committed.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Good command of Chinese and English in both written and spoken to liase with Chinese speaking customers and associates.
• Able to liase with different stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software programs. Proficient in Audit Express software will be an advantage.

Job Responsibilities:

The Purchaser is responsible for the purchase of material, service, tools, equipment, and machinery according to the given demand by various departments. He/she identifies and shortlists potential suppliers and subcon to secure cost-effective sources, and establishes and maintains good relationships with suppliers and subcon to negotiate for the best terms with the shortest possible lead time and up to quality standards.

Job Description:

• Source, negotiate, collate quotations and recommend the most competitive suppliers and subcon;
• Review specifications and ensure materials ordered meet proper quality standard and comply to contract specifications;
• Initiate and lead cost-saving initiatives;
• Carry out pre-qualification survey for new suppliers;
• Maintain records of goods ordered and received;
• Maintain and update the approved supplier list;
• Compile supplier performance report for completed projects;
• Adhere closely to Company’s purchasing procedures and ISO standards.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in relevant discipline;
• In construction management, construction document controller
• 5 to 8 years in building construction industry
• Familiar with building construction material
• Knowledge of ERP System will be an added advantage;
• Have excellent negotiation skills;
• Able to get the best quality at the best price
• Able to compliance with rules and regulations and follow specifications
• Good experiences with sourcing and material understanding
• Ability to fluently speak, read and understand documents in English and Mandarin
