Job Description

a) To report to the Manager or team leader as shown in the organization chart. He/she is responsible for the assigned or related project tasks and responsibilities.

b) The detailed duties and responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

i) Study and fully understand the ISO requirements, technical drawings, scope, contractual requirements and sub-contract agreements. Work with the consultants to resolve technical issues prior to construction.

ii) Submit to superior for feedback and concurrence on short or medium-term programmes and execute the works according to the detailed programme.

iii) Ensure that the works are carried out according to the approved drawings, quality procedures and EHS requirements. Managing the works with excellent housekeeping is a key focus.

iv) For quality management, the engineer is responsible to fully implement with the quality recordings, carry out result analysis and formulate action plans for continuous improvement.

v) Implement and maintain proper recordings to comply with EHS, quality, client and authorities’ requirements.

vi) Responsible for cost management so that the materials used for both temporary works and permanent works are not damaged or control the wastage within specified tolerance. Rework or abortive work which has serious time and cost impacts shall be avoided.

vii) Ad-hoc matters as assigned by the PM which is necessary for the execution of the project.

Job Description

1) Competent in reading and understanding drawings and perform measurements.

Job Description

i) Assist and advise the Project Manager on EHS planning for overall project scope and detailed activities.

ii) Study and fully understand the requirements of company ISO, EHS and sub-contracts agreements.

iii) Liaise, handle and keep proper records in dealing with all related authorities in complying with their respective requirements.

iv) Conduct regular site audits to ensure compliance with EHS requirements. He is authorized to take necessary actions including issuance of partial stop work order as he and the Project Manager deem fit.

v) Handle all accident and incident reports.

vi) Work as a team with project team members and sub-contractors to provide a safe working environment.

vii) Prevention of fines, imposition of demerit points and SWO from the authorities or owners like MOM, NEA and HDB is a key role which is also a key performance measurement of WSHO cum ECO.

viii) Ad-hoc matters as assigned by the PM which is necessary for the execution of the project.

Job Requirements

- Certified NEA, ECO, ECO, ECMO

- At least 3-5 years' on-site experience

The BIM Modeler assists in project delivery, development and adoption of digital solutions and competency building.

He/She

- participates in product and model development, planning, research and/or testing of digital solutions and training.

- gathers data and information to understand business needs and user requirements to support adoption and implementation of digital and/or automated building solutions and resolves issues.

He is a team player and possesses strong communication skills to interact with relevant stakeholders and subject matter experts.

He is also resourceful and able to collate information required to develop digital solutions.

He works in a fast-paced environment and may be required to work both on- and off-site.

I. Core Responsibilities & Performance Expectations

1.Facilitate digital project delivery and collaboration

· Develop and maintain up to date Building Information Modelling (BIM) models throughout project construction period.

· Adhere to project information requirements, modelling and exchange protocols for information sharing among project stakeholders

· Follow the drawing management system (DMS) for collect required information, filling, workflow and process.

2.Documentation and Perform Project/Company BIM deliverables

· Perform standard BIM deliverables as per BEP which derived from Organization Information Requirement – OIR / Project Information Requirement – PIR.

· Perform other BIM deliverables which assigned by supervisor.

· Report daily activities and BIM progress.

3.Coordination and Drawing Production

· Follow drawing management system (DMS) for the required information collection, filling / documentation, workflow and process.

· Develop highly detail Architectural and Structural BIM model.

· Perform quality check on structural model to verify it is fit for coordination.

· Perform clash detection and document discrepancies/ clashes to discuss in weekly ICE meeting.

· Coordinate between projects BIM modellers, Project Technical Team.

· Closely work with project technical team/consultant to get resolution.

· Update model with solution provided by project technical/consultants.

· Produce Clash Free Coordinated model.

· Produce construction drawing such as Concrete Body Plan, Wall Setting Out, Tile Setting Out, General arrangement drawings.

· Adhere the committed drawing schedule and produce quality construction drawing production.

· Track and record the drawing status.

a) Report to the Project Manager. Assist the Project Manager in managing certain section(s) of the project, as assigned by the Project Manager and shown in the organization chart.

b) The detailed duties and responsibilities of Assistant Project Manager includes but not limited to the following:

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the incumbents will be responsible for the daily warehouse and administration operations. The main duties and responsibilities will be as follows:-

Supervise & lead a team of warehouse operators on receiving, pick & pack and cross-dock activities.

Supervise all movements of cargo in/out of the warehouse.

Liaise with customers via e-mail & telephone for all documentation and administration matters.

b) The detailed duties and responsibilities includes but not limited to the following:

i) Coordinate with all the parties including sub-contractors and consultants to solve and coordinate technical issues, production of drawings and ensure proper transmission of data to all parties involved. Ensure that the detailed schedules of drawing production and site progress are met.

ii) For quality management, the coordinator is responsible to fully implement with the quality recordings, carry out result analysis and formulate action plans for continuous improvement.

iii) Supervise site works according to the quality and EHS requirements.

iv) Handle all inspections and handing over process with the final objective of achieving customer satisfaction and high Conquas/QM score.

v) Ad-hoc matters as assigned by the PM which is necessary for the execution of the project.
