PERFECTION TCM is a beauty salon located at Jurong West and Bishan. We have been in the beauty industry for over 15 years. Our clients are mainly from the neighbourhood with large customer base.

We offer a huge variety of hair services for our clients as well as other beauty services such as facial and TCM treatments. We are expanding and our new shop requires new enthusiastic beautician who are not only outgoing but also a competent team player in order to work with other associates to promote wide variety of beauty packages and services to our customers.

Roles & Responsibilities Basic requirements:

-Consultant experience needed for managerial roles otherwise beauty industry experience

- 6 days’ work week

Job Key Responsibilities：

· Managing the day-to-day Operations of the designated outlet assigned.

· Lead / Manage a team of Therapists.

· Motivate and coach staff for better performance

· Maintain and update Customer database.

· Promote treatments and packages to Customers.

· Maintain the outlet overall presentation and responsible for the outlet Sales and Revenue

· Achieve Personal Sales Target

· Evaluate progress against Sales Target, identify and implement the solutions

· Responsible for daily outlet operations such as handling of customer complaints, motivate staff morale, provide guidance & coaching to staff, etc

Operations Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Planning and executing departmental budgets.
• Overseeing inventory needs and undertaking office management and administration.
• Coming up with effective strategies to enhance the organization's financial health.
• Recruiting quality employees to provide high-quality customer support.
• Motivating and supervising employees.
• Evaluating the performance of your assigned employees, delivering positive and/or negative feedback, and addressing any shortcomings.
• Designing and implementing departmental policies, procedures, goals, and objectives.
• Evaluating and reporting on department metrics to upper management.
• Developing strategies to improve department metrics and performance.
• Improving the work environment and operations of your department and the organization as a whole.

Mechanical Engineer

Company background:

• An established Japanese MNC Construction company specializing within the field of HVAC

Location: Central (AMK / YCK)

Working Hours: 5 Days Work Week, Mon to Fri (8.30am to 5.30pm / 9am to 6pm)

Remuneration Package:

• Basic up to S$ 5000
• Variable Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform engineering duties such as design, engineering calculations, planning, tender preparation/evaluations as part of the engineering project team.
• QA / QC documentation of engineering deliverables.
• Closely liaising with relevant clients, project managers, architects, and contractors.
• Assist in resolving any technical problems faced during project design and / or construction stages.
• Any other required duties as required by the Project Team.

Requirements:

• At least Diploma or Degree in relevant Mechanical Engineering discipline

Responsibilities:

• To lead a team of warehouse assistant and warehouse admin to ensure the management of the store efficiently

• To supervise the receiving, kitting and shipment accordingly to the production plan by the planning department efficiently

• To lead the team to ensure the system and physical stocks are well maintained

• To ensure the safety, 5s and the efficient of the store arrangement together with the team

• To ensure coordination of the store equipment maintenance with the facility department

• To closely coordinate with the Quality department on the IQA inspection and ensure materials are received correctly

• To monitor work orders and ensure the team kits out efficiently to support production, and highlight to planner on the shortages if any discrepancy found

• To maintain the drip stock list safety level and counter check to inform buyers if there are discrepancy or shortages

• To supervise and ensure SAP system and transactions are well maintained

• To ensure all deliveries are properly documented

• Compliance with RBA

Requirements:-

• NITEC / A / O level with min 3 years relevant in house working experience in manufacturing sector

• Strong knowledge of 3PL and 4PL

• Able to multi-task and work under pressure

• A team player

• Proficient in MS Office applications
