Job Responsibilities:

• Knowledge in understanding the Schematic Diagram.
• Report to the production manager regarding of the progression.
• Performing and supervising the electrical wiring, termination, installation as per drawing for control panel, instruments and machine.
• Troubleshooting, testing and commissioning (electrical part).
• 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience in handling the forklift.
• Preferably to have experience in electrical , shipyard, oil and gas and petrochemical
• Able to work independently and proactively and work under fast pace environment.
• Able to lead a team of workers
• Ensure safe working practices and electrical safety rules are followed by electricians on site

Responsibilities:

• Develop Southeast Asia (SEA) regional brand product merchandising mix for our high-end sportswear brands, ensure merchandising strategy is properly coordinated to the local and regional teams and implemented efficiently to achieve the organization's goals (offline and online).
• Prepare the seasonal product range tailored to the local product needs, develop the quarterly range calendar release date, and determine the merchandising allocation for all channels (offline and online)
• Work closely with China Headquarter and SEA countries' local product development teams to address SEA market needs, study and report regional trends, and manage and monitor sportswear and shoes localization plan progress for the regional market.
• Establish long-term vision for different brands and categories growth, and develop the seasonal merchandising plan to achieve targets, and ensure our healthy image in the market.
• Conduct consumer and market research in the SEA region, develop the database of analysis on our global competitors and local brands.
• Manage sales/buy plan forecasting, sales, and margin targets based on regional requirements.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure that product relevance emphasis is combined with the financial planning side.
• Provide the sales and operations team with monthly category sales, sell-thru, and inventory reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or any related courses.
• At least 5 years’ experience in a similar capacity. For Manager level, at least 2 years’ exposure of people management.
• Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task.
• Business acumen, strategic inventory planning and negotiation skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, high proficiency in both Mandarin and English languages in order to liaise with colleagues in China and SEA countries.
• Passion for sports is a must.
