• Carry out site measurement and evaluate price comparison and costing summary.
• Project administration and documentation including preparation of interim valuations, pricing and agreement of contract variations, update claim submissions, preparation of final accounts.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• At least 2 years working as a Quantity Surveyor in building construction industry.

• Oversee food preparation, checking that all kitchen staff are performing their duties.
• Ensured that the production meet health, sanitation, and quality standards set by the company.
• Work with staff in areas of cleaning kitchen equipment and preventing damage and injury.
• Work with the cntral kitchen staff to ensure that central kitchen runs effectively, and have to be experts at ensuring food quality and maintaining kitchen equipment.
• Monitor equipments quality and make sure the the equipments are runing in good conditions.
• Must be able to work night shift or split shift
• Must be able to work extra hours or weekend if needed
