• Coordinates, provides and supervises scaffolding processes and ensures that the scaffold is erected, installed, re-positioned, altered, or dismantled in accordance with the regulations and comply to Project Scaffolding Manual

Job Description

• Ensures that only trained & qualified scaffold erectors are allowed to erect, alter or dismantle work involving scaffold activities.
• Ensures all scaffold matrials are of good condition fit for their purpose and of the correct type and standard approved by MOM for the company's use.
• Ensures scaffolding is built to requirements and procedures.
• Ensures all workers have been briefed on the hazard of scaffold erected, installed, re-positioned, altered, or dismantled.
• Ensures all staff has the correct PPE for scaffold erected, installed, re-positioned, altered or dismantled
• Coordinates and supervises closely all scaffolding work activities between PMT (Structual, Piping, EIT, Mechanical, Lifting, Architectural, Blasting/Painting, HVCA, Maintenance, Commissioning, Weighing, Sea Fastening, Load Out and other trades) and subcontractor.
• Monitors the subcontractor for daily erection / dismantiling / modification of scaffolding.
• Enforces safe work practices at job sites. Monitors and ensure workers work in a safety manner and all scaffolding on the job site are in good and safe confition.
• Attends PSCC (Project Safety Coordination Committee) Meeting. Join daily inspections, weekly Management inspection and Client Audit.
• Monitors and reports scaffolding safety aspects of the project to the Scaffold Supervisor / HSE Personnel.
• Ensures scaffold is being inspected / register tags & check list by the subcontractors and safe for use.
• Responsible for the time keeping of subcontractor's workforce
• Responsible for the good housekeeping for all the shops and erection sites.
• Responsible to stop; if any violation by the subcontractors against the HSE or Quality

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure factory operations and production are completed on time, supervise daily activities, and adjust production schedules as needed.
• Lead and guide workers to fabricate DfMA modules based on approved drawings while maintaining seamless production and adhering to safety protocols.
• Operate and maintain machinery, prevent downtime, and implement strategies to improve production speed and processes.
• Learn and operate advanced machines (robotic welding, laser cutting, AGVs) and understand and implement SOP for third party MEP installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Liaise with departments like procurement, logistics, and installation teams to ensure timely delivery and task completion.
• Manage tools and inventory, update schedules, safety documents, and reports using IDD/Collab software, and handle manpower planning and training.

Job Requirements:

• Preferably 2 years of relevant working experience in Product Manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of production, Robotic, PLC and precision manufacturing will be advantageous
• Able to understand quality requirement of DfMA Modular Prefab Mep product, Materials Selection, Fabrication, Assembly and Inspection is a plus
